Face frames are constructed of solid wood with glued dowels to insure case rigidity and squareness. Dovetail drawers of 5/8" thick solid hardwood are standard. Door stiles and rails are assembled with mortise and tenon construction, which assures quality door assembly for both flat and raised panel doors. Quality mitered door styles made with blind mortise and tenon construction are also available. These construction techniques, combined with one of the most beautiful and durable finishes in the industry are incorporated into each Mouser custom order.

Our dovetail drawer boxes have 5/8" solid maple sides, backs and fronts, and are mounted on Tandem Blumotion Soft Close Full Extension Concealed Undermount Slides with a 100 lb. static / 75 lb. dynamic rating. Drawer bottoms are ¼" maple/birch plywood, fully captured on all four sides with optional ½" bottoms also available. Dovetail drawers are standard on Mouser cabinetry in both the Vintage and WoodBridge construction. All drawers and drawer slides provided on Mouser Custom Cabinetry are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The specified hinge used on all Mouser Custom Cabinetry standard overlay doors is the adjustable semi-concealed, self-closing Youngdale knife hinge available in multiple finishes. Or the 110-degree self-closing, fully-concealed Blum hinge is available on most standard overlay door styles and is required on all full-overlay door styles. Also, available with specified door edge treatments on overlay doors is the Offset Door Hinge, which has a self-closing feature and is available in multiple finishes. Additionally, the StoneHearth Inset Door series offers the decorative barrel hinge in six different finish options and Blum Concealed hinge. Each of the four hinge types used by Mouser Custom Cabinetry carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

PRIZMA is a custom product available in ¼" increments, utilizing ¾" case construction for end panels, tops, bottoms, shelves and hanging rails with a ¼" captured back; edge banding on cabinet cases and end panels is color coordinated PVC or finished wood veneer. Exterior bottoms are finished to match the door and drawer front stain or solid color. Tops of cabinets are the same melamine or veneer material selected for the cabinet interior.

- PRIZMA Lace, a simulated off-white, linen look melamine on engineered furniture board.
- PRIZMA NaturaLam, a natural maple wood grain melamine on engineered furniture board.
- PRIZMA WoodBridge, an all wood, veneer core cabinet construction.

Full-Access is gained to the cabinetry interior by the absence of the cabinetry face frame. This allows for more utilization of a cabinet's interior space when accessory items are selected. Reveals between doors and drawer fronts are 1/8", with a 1/16" reveal on the outer edges. This creates a contemporary look with clean horizontal and vertical lines. Doors pivot within the cabinet width, thereby eliminating the need for odd-overlays gven the Blum, self-closing, 120 degree hinge. Optional clip-on Blumotion Soft Close feature is also available.
